The city of Halle (Saale) is a large city in Germany located in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The municipality is comprised of a total of 5 city districts, which are subdivided into 22 city quarters. The motorway exit Halle-Ost, which connects to the A14, can be accessed directly to the east of Delitzscher Strasse (B road 165). If you drive 3 kilometres west from the location, there is a direct connection to the Halle (Saale) main railway station, which has ample parking facilities and is well connected by public transport. There are a number of businesses and shops located in the vicinity of the station.

Shopping facilities such as a grocery shop, a pharmacy and a chemist’s are only 350 metres away. The residential area is surrounded by recreational facilities such as Froschteich playground, the Einheit garden complex and various parks.
