The city of Halle (Saale) is a large city in Germany located in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The municipality is comprised of a total of 5 city districts, which are subdivided into 22 city quarters. The property at Delitzscher Strasse 152/154 is situated in the Ost district, adjacent to Büschhof quarter. This residential area covers a total of 399.8 hectares and its 2019 population amounted to about 4,500 people. The name Büschdorf first appeared in 1228. Back then, the location was characterised by agriculture and farms.
